This Order Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all orders placed between Ask SWAS and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Order Confirmation
Orders become valid only when confirmed by Ask SWAS in writing or electronically.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in the relevant currency. Payment must be made using the specified methods after order confirmation. Orders will not be processed without payment.

3. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and logistics conditions. Ask SWAS will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery time.

4. Returns and Cancellations
Products or services may be returned in accordance with Ask SWAS’s return policies. Cancellations are only accepted during the order preparation stage.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Ask SWAS shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by international trade regulations and the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
